摘  要:分析了金山水厂臭氧-炭滤池运行过程中活性炭的吸附性能和生物性能的变化、炭滤池生物量的分布特征、反冲洗对炭滤池生物量的影响以及炭滤池出水的生物安全性情况。结果表明,炭滤池开始运行时,以吸附作用为主,去除COD_(Mn)的效果显著,去除率达60.33%,对氨氮无去除效果;随着活性炭逐渐吸附饱和,生物作用逐步形成,去除氨氮的效果提升,炭滤水几乎不含氨氮,此时对COD_(Mn)的去除以生物作用为主,去除率为37%;运行初期炭滤池生物量较少,运行至241~270 d时,生物量达到了最大值,维持在110~120 nmol P/g炭的范围内;炭滤池中活性炭表层的生物量最多,且随着炭池深度的增加呈递减趋势;反冲洗次数增加会抑制微生物的生长,炭池运行初期可以延长反冲洗周期以促进微生物的生长,从而形成稳定的生物膜,也可缩短反冲洗周期来抑制微生物的生长。Based on the BAC filter in Jinshan Waterworks, this paper investigated the variation of the activated carbon' s adsorption and biological characteristics, the distribution of carbon filter' s bio- mass; also analyzed the effect of backwash on the biomass in the BAC filter, and the risks of the organ- isms in BAC filter effluent. The results showed that: in the early stage, adsorption was the dominant process, and the removal rate of CODMn was up to 60.33% ; however, the removal effect of ammonia ni- trogen was insignificant. As activated carbon became saturated, the biological removal effect was gradual- ly formed, the removal of ammonia nitrogen was promoted, and there was almost no ammonia nitrogen in the effluent. The removal of CODMn was mainly based on the biological function, and the removal rate was 37%. In the initial stage, the biomass of BAC filter was limited, but the biomass reached a maximum of 110 -120 nmolP/gC after 241 -270 days. The biomass was mostly attached to the surface of the activa- ted carbon, and it showed a declining trend with the increase of BAC filter depth. Increasing the frequen- cy of backwashes would inhibit the growth of microorganisms. In order to promote the growth of microor- ganisms it was recommended to extend the backwash intervals in the initial stage. It was noted that short- ening the backwash cycle could inhibit the growth of microorganisms.
