摘  要:以常州市城北污水厂内的表面流人工湿地净化污水厂尾水旁路试验系统为研究对象,通过投加反硝化除磷菌剂作为生物强化手段,考察低温、低碳源条件下人工湿地对尾水的净化效能,并以底泥的磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)为生物指示指标,研究湿地沉积物中的微生物群落特征。结果表明,在冬季低温(水温为9~11℃)条件下,对于COD、NH3-N、TN、TP分别为25.54~32.26、0.88~1.04、9.43~12.81、0.09~0.134 mg/L的尾水,人工湿地有一定的净化效果,当水力负荷为0.568 m^3/(m^2·d)时,投菌湿地单元对COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为26.78%、24.57%、22.17%、28.53%,未投菌湿地单元的平均去除率分别为25.82%、21.08%、17.60%、27.59%,投菌可明显提高对TN的去除效果。底泥PLFA分布特征表明,湿地沉积物中的微生物以好氧菌为优势种群,占总量的60.72%,而硫酸盐还原菌、放线菌分别占总量的21.14%、18.14%。The surface flow constructed wetlands were utilized to treat the tail water of a WWTP in Changzhou City. Denitrifying and polyphosphate accumulating organisms were added as the biological en- hancement means, to investigate the nitrogen and phosphorus removal characteristics. The sediment PL- FA, as a biological indicator, revealed the characteristics of microbial community in the wetland sedi- ment. The results showed that, when the concentrations of the COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP in the tail wa- ter were 25.54 - 32.26 mg/L, 0.88 - 1.04 mg/L, 9.43 - 12.81 mg/L, and 0.09 - 0. 134 mg/L, re- spectively, the wetland had a positive effect on the removal of pollutants in the tail water, under low tem- peratures in winter ( water temperature of 9 - 11 ℃ ). When the hydraulic load was 0. 568 m3/( m2 · d) , in the wetland unit with bacteria addition, the average removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP were 26.78%, 24.57%, 22.17% and 28.53%, respectively; in the wetland unit without bacteria, the aver-age removal rates were 25.82% , 21.08% , 17.60% and 27.59% , respectively. Adding bacteria could improve the removal efficiency of TN. The PLFA distribution characteristics of the sediment showed that aerobic bacteria was the dominant microbial community in the surface flow constructed wetland, which consisted of 60.72% aerobic bacteria, 21.14% sulfate reducing baeteria, and 18.14% actinomyeetes.
