摘 要:目的:评价急诊护士组长基准胜任力培养的效果。方法:建立护士组长基准胜任力模型,对选拔出的20名组长根据基准胜任力模型各级条目的要求进行培训,并通过组长自我评价、组员评价、医生评价3方面来考察培训效果。结果:20名护士组长除文献检索能力相对较弱,其余均通过考核。培训前后对组长满意度调查显示:组员满意度从65.5%上升到90.9%(P<0.05);医生满意度从56.5%上升到87.0%(P<0.05);组长对自身满意度从65.0%上升到95.0%(P<0.05)。结论:通过基准胜任力培训,护士组长的综合能力得到明显提高,丰富了护理团队的整体素质,有利于急诊护理工作的顺利开展。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of benchruarking competence training for leaders of nursers in emergency depart- ment. [ Method] Benchmarking competence model was built. The selected 20 nursing leaders were trained on the basis of the requirements of the benchmark competency model at all levels. The training effects were finally evaluated according to leaders' self evaluation, team evaluation and doctor evaluation. [ Result] All the twenty nursegroup leaders passed the examination except the literature retrieval. Investigation of satisfaction rate to nurse- group leaders showed that the satisfaction rate from members of each group increased from 65.5% to 90.9% (P 〈0.05); and flom 56.5% to 87.0%(P 〈0.05) for doctors' s and 65.0% to 95%(P 〈0.05) for nurse- group leaders themselves. All the differences had statistical significant. [ Conclusion] Through the basic competency training, the comprehensive ability of the nurse- group leaders was significantly improved, which makes the whole nursing team more cultured and is also beneficial to can-y out the nursing work successfully.
