宫颈扩张球囊与地诺前列酮栓在妊娠晚期引产中的效果比较  被引量:4

摘  要:目的:观察宫颈扩张球囊与地诺前列酮栓用于妊娠晚期引产的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月在我院产科住院引产的110例妊娠晚期产妇。按随机数字表法分为地诺前列酮栓组和宫颈扩张球囊组各55例,分别行地诺前列酮栓、宫颈扩张球囊引产。比较2组产妇宫颈成熟情况、引产效果、产程及分娩后并发症。结果:地诺前列酮栓组产妇促宫颈成熟有效率为90.91%,高于扩张球囊组的70.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组产妇在总产程时间、引产成功率上比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);扩张球囊组产妇软产道裂伤、羊水污染的发生率明显低于地诺前列酮栓组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地诺前列酮栓和宫颈扩张球囊用于妊娠晚期引产均具有较好的效果,诺前列酮栓在促宫颈成熟中更具优势,而宫颈扩张球囊更能减少软产道裂伤及羊水污染发生率。[ Objective] To observe the efficacy and safety of balloon dilatation of the cervix and Dinoprostone Suppositories for late pregnancy induced labor. [Methods] 110 induction of labor cases of late pregnancy in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected. They were randomly equally divided into Dinoprostone suppositories group and cervical dilatation balloon group. Mammal cervical ripening, induction of labor, labor and delivery complications of two groups were compared. [Result] Dinoprostone Suppositories group of maternal cervical ripening rate was 90.91% and was higher than that of balloon group 70.91%, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05) ; In the success rate of total labor time and labor on the comparison of two groups, there were no significant differences (P〉 0.05); the expansion of maternal soft birth canal balloon group laceration and anmiotic fluid were significantly lower than that of Dinoprostone suppositories group and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] Dinoprostone suppositories and balloon dilatation of the cervix for late pregnancy induced abortion both have good effect. Dinoprostone suppository in cervical ripening is better and can reduce the hal- loon dilatation of the cervix laceration of birth canal and amniotic fluid pollution incidence.
