自拟益肾健脾汤联合捏脊治疗小儿遗尿症脾肾亏虚证57例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟益肾健脾汤联合捏脊治疗小儿遗尿症脾肾亏虚证的临床疗效。方法将113例小儿遗尿症脾肾亏虚证患儿纳入研究并随机分组,对照组56例采用生活习惯干预、膀胱功能训练、口服醋酸去氨加压素治疗,治疗组57例在对照组治疗方法的基础上,采用自拟益肾健脾汤联合捏脊治疗。2组均治疗14 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.49%,显著高于对照组的76.76%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组各项症状积分均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组各项症状积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应总发生率为12.50%,治疗组为12.28%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟益肾健脾汤联合捏脊治疗小儿遗尿症脾肾亏虚证疗效显著,可显著改善患儿遗尿症状,且不良反应小,值得临床推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of infantile enuresis dificiency of spleen and kidney syn- drome treated with the combination of self-made Yishen Jianpi Tang and chiropractic therapy. Methods 113 cases of infantile enuresis dificiency of spleen and kidney syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 56 cases was given diet intervention, bladder training and oral desmopressin acetate, while the therapy group with 57 cases was treated with combination of self-made Yishen Jianpi Tang and chiropractic therapy based on the therapy of control group, 14 days as one course. After one course, clinical effect of two groups was observed. Re- sults The total effective rate of therapy group and control group was 96.49% and 76.76% respectively with sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）. Comparing that before treatment, symptom integral in two groups was lower （P〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, symptom integral in therapy group was lower significantly than that of control group with sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）. The total incidence rate of therapy group and control group was 12.50% and 12.28% respectively without significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of self-made Yishen Jianpi Tang and chiropractic therapy can treat infantile enuresis dificiency of spleen and kidney syndrome effectively with little adverse reaction by relieving symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
