冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合孟鲁司特片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合孟鲁司特片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法将81例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为2组,对照组40例采用孟鲁司特片治疗,治疗组41例在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合冬病夏治穴位敷贴治疗,2组均以1月为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组的症状积分,用力肺活量(FEV)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)等肺功能指标及CD4^+,CD3^+,CD4^+/CD8^+等免疫功能指标的改善情况,比较2组的临床疗效及复发情况。结果 2组患儿咳嗽、气喘等症状积分均降低,FEV,FEV1水平均升高,但治疗组改善更显著,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组未见明显变化(P>0.05);治疗组CD4^+,CD3^+,CD4^+/CD8^+改善明显(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率优于对照组,且随访6月内的复发率低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合孟鲁司特片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,可更好地改善肺功能及免疫功能,有效预防复发,值得临床推广。Objective To observe clinical effect and influence on immunity of infantile cough-variant asthma treated with the combination of point application therapy in ＂winter disease cured in summer＂ and Montelukast tab- lets. Methods 81 cases of infantile cough-variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 40 cases was given Montelukast tablets, while the therapy group with 41 cases was treated with point application therapy in ＂winter disease cured in summer＂ based on the therapy of control group. One month was a course of treatment. After one course, symptoms integral, the index of lung, like FEV, FEV1 , and the index of immunity, like CD4,CD3＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ were compared, and then clinical effect and recurrence of two groups were observed. Results Symptoms integral of two groups,like cough and asthma,reduced, and the level of FEV and FEV1 increased, but the degree of improvement of these in therapy group was better with the significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） , there were no obvious changes in control group （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the index of CD4＋, CD3＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ improved significantly （P〈 0.05 ） ; the therapy group was superior to the control group in total effective rate, and the recurrence rate was lower during the follow-up period with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of point applica- tion therapy in ＂winter disease cured in summer＂ and Montelukast tablets can treat infantile cough-variant asthma effectively by improving lung function and immunity to preventing recurrence, which is worthy of clinical promo- tion.
