藿香正气合剂脐腹部按摩治疗婴幼儿腹胀、腹痛的临床时效观察

摘　　要：目的观察藿香正气合剂脐腹部按摩治疗婴幼儿腹痛、腹胀的临床时效。方法将纳入的385例腹痛、腹胀患儿随机分成3组,第1组126人,第2组135人,第3组124人,分别应用藿香正气合剂按摩脐腹部5,10,15 min,按摩后统计3组的临床疗效。结果第2组、第3组疗效明显优于第1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2,3组之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但第3组按摩时间较长。结论采用藿香正气合剂脐腹部按摩治疗婴幼儿腹痛、腹胀,以按摩10 min为宜,取得的效果最优化。Objective To observe clinical timeliness of infantile abdominal pain and distension treated with ab- dominal massage of Huoxiang Zhengqi Mixture. Methods 385 cases of children with abdominal pain and disten- sion were randomly divided into three groups with 126 cases, 135 cases and 124 cases respectively. Then abdominal massage of Huoxiang Zhengqi Mixture was applied in each group for 5,10,15 minutes separately. Observed the cli- nical effect of three groups. Results The effect of the second and third groups was better significantly than that of the first group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the second and third groups, although massage was made longer in third group. Conclusion It is the most effective for infantile abdominal pain and distension to take abdominal massage of Huoxiang Zhengqi Mixture in 10 minutes.
