摘 要:介绍了一种高效除尘除雾装置高频电源的设计。对湿式机电耦合除尘器工作原理和基本构造进行了说明,在此基础上,对高频电源主电路、控制电路、散热系统、整流变压器、通讯模式进行了阐述。通过对比性试验证明,该高频电源既能有效提高电除尘器的除尘效率,又能大幅降低电除尘器的能量消耗,可以很好的保证湿式机电耦合除尘器的性能。This paper introduces the design of a high frequency power supply for high efficiency dust removing and fog removing equipment under the background of large pollution to the atmosphere. Compared with the traditional electric dust collector, the dust remover has higher dust removal efficiency and lower energy consumption. In this paper, the working principle and basic structure of the wet type electromechanical coupling dust remover are described firstly, and then three working modes of high frequency power supply are introduced. On this basis, the main circuit of high frequency power supply, the control circuit, the cooling system, the rectifier transformer and the communication mode are discussed. Finally, experiments show that the high frequency power supply can effectively improve the efficiency of the electric precipitator, and can greatly reduce the energy consumption of the electric precipitator, then draws the conclusion that the high frequency power supply can guarantee a good wet precipitator performance of electromechanical coupling.
