摘  要:介绍一种绿色节能一体化的轻质混凝土墙体施工新工艺,以梁、柱作为支撑点,墙体植筋与柱连接,预埋线盒、管线和预留孔洞、门窗并设置过梁,采用预拌砂浆现场用发泡装置制备轻质混凝土,泵送浇注在模板中自然养护而成,实现了轻质墙体机械化施工和水电土建集成化作业,墙体质量稳定、施工便捷,具有节能、防火隔声、自防水、免抹灰、管线水电一体化等性能,值得推广应用。Thc beams and columns were used as supporting points,the wall anchorage was connected with column,the boxes and lines were embedded,and the holes and windows were reserved previously,and crosspieces were set on top of the door and window openings. The lightweight concrete was prepared by using ready-mixed mortar and foam which was produced by foam apparatus in site. Alter that, the lightweight concrete was poured into aluminum template by using of pumping device,and subsequently processed a nature conservancy. This technology made achievement in mechanization construction and integrated operations of water,electricity and construction. Thus,the wall presented some superior performance,such as stable quality,convenient construction,energy-saving,fire insulation,good flatness,plaster- ing-free,embedded tubing and strong hanging capacity.
