运用肱骨远端双钢板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究肱骨远端双钢板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的效果。方法选取我院2011年5月到2015年5月期间收治的肱骨远端C型骨折患者25例为研究对象,使用数字随机化法将其分为对照组12例和试验组13例。对照组采用Y型钢板固定方式进行治疗,试验组采用双钢板固定方式进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,并对两组患者治疗后cassebaum肘关节评分,并对两组患者治疗后的并发症发生情况进行比较。结果试验组患者治疗后cassebaum肘关节评分优良率较对照组明显更高,两组数据相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组数据相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用肱骨远端双钢板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的效果显著,能明显提升患者治疗后的cassebaum肘关节评分,并且能有效减少患者的并发症发生率,具有较高临床推广价值。Objective to study effect of double plates of distal humerus treating distal humeral type C fractures.Methodschoose 25 patients with distal humerus type C fractures treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2015 as study objects.Randomly divide them into control group（n =12） and experimental group（n =13）.Control group was treated with Y-type plate fixation,and experimental group with double plate fixation.Compare curative effect of two groups,and evaluate cassebaum elbow scores of two groups after treatment,and compare complications of two groups after treatment.Results cassebaum elbow scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group,and difference between two groups showed statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.And incidence of complications of experimental group was significantly lower than control group,difference between two groups showed statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion double plates of distal humerus has significant effect for distal humeral type C fractures,which can obviously improve cassebaum elbow scores of patients after treatment,effectively reduce incidence of complications,and have high value of clinical promotion.
