脑脊液中PCT、NSE、CK-BB、LDH及其同工酶的变化在病毒性脑炎和化脓性脑膜炎中的表达分析

摘　　要：目的探讨病毒性脑炎(病脑)和化脓性脑膜炎(化脑)患儿急性期脑脊液中PCT、NSE、CK-BB、LDH及其同工酶的含量在诊断中的意义。方法选取三组患儿检测脑脊液中PCT、NSE、CK-BB、LDH及其同工酶的含量进行统计比较。结果患儿急性期脑脊液中PCT和LDH水平化脑组明显高于病脑组和对照组(P<0.01),NSE和CK-BB水平病脑组高于化脑组和对照组(P<0.05);脑脊液中LDH1和LDH2化脑组明显低于病脑组和对照组(P<0.01),LDH4和LDH5化脑组明显高于病脑组和对照组(P<0.01)。结论颅内感染早期,检测脑脊液PCT、LDH、LDH4和LDH5水平有助于化脓性脑膜炎的诊断;NSE、CK-BB、LDH1和LDH2水平有助于病毒性脑炎的诊断。Objective to investigate diagnosic significance of content of PCT,NSE,CK-BB,LDH and their isoenzymes in cerebrospinal fluid of acute stage children with viral encephalitis（VE） and purulent meningitis（PM）.Methods choose three groups of children patients,detect and compare contents of PCT,NSE,CK-BB,LDH and their isoenzymes in cerebrospinal fluid.ResultsPCT and LDH level in cerebrospinal fluid of acute stage children in PM group was significantly higher than VE group and control group（P〈 0.01）,NSE and CK-BB level of VE group was higher than PM group and control group（P〈 0.05）;and LDH1 and LDH2 level in cerebrospinal fluid of PM group was significantly lower than VE group and control group（P〈 0.01）,LDH4 and LDH5 level of PM group was significantly higher than VE group and control group（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion in early period of intracranial infection,detection of cerebrospinal fluid PCT,LDH,LDH4 and LDH5 level is helpful for diagnosis of purulent meningitis,and NSE,CK-BB,LDH1 and LDH2 level is helpful for diagnosis of viral encephalitis.
