乳房术后美学效果评价内容的研究

摘　　要：乳房是女性重要的第二性征之一,其美观与否对女性的生理及心理具有重要的意义。因此,术后的美学效果的优劣既是评价不同治疗方式和治疗者技能的重要指标之一,又对判别是否需要进行乳房整形修复治疗具有参考意义。然而,临床上对于乳房术后美学效果的评价尚未形成一套完善而精确的体系。在总结科室治疗及经验观察的基础上,全面考虑影响乳房术后美学效果的各类因素,综合借鉴多个相关评价体系,并参考相关人群意见,最终提出了较为全面的乳房术后美学效果的评价参考条目。The breast is one of the important secondary sexual characteristics in females, and its attractive appearance plays an important role in females＇ physiology and psychology. Aesthetic outcome is one of the indexes used to assess different treatment methods and surgeons＇ skills. It can also provide a reference for the necessity of further mammoplasty. Unfortunately, a complete and precise evaluation system for aesthetic outcome has not been created. On the basis of our clinical experience and observation, comprehensive consideration of various factors on aesthetic outcome in breast reconstructive surgery references multiple relative evaluation systems and suggestions.This article provides a comprehensive evaluation standard on the post-surgical appearance of the reconstructed breast.
