摘  要:目的探讨生物敷料(羊膜)加亲水性纤维银离子敷料治疗新生儿严重烫伤创面的治疗效果。方法本组共10例新生儿烫伤患儿。给予及时的"微泵、定量、定速、"平稳的输液方案,防治休克,抗感染以及早期给予母乳或人工喂养,提倡"零禁食",并应用生物敷料(羊膜)加亲水性纤维银离子敷料进行创面处理。结果 10例患儿均治愈。出院后1例有明显的瘢痕增生及功能障碍,其余9例未见明显的瘢痕增生,生长发育良好。结论对于严重烧伤的新生儿,应积极防治休克,早期母乳喂养,同时,外用生物敷料(羊膜)加亲水性纤维银离子敷料治疗是新生儿烧伤创面的良好用药。Objective To explore the efficacy of biological dressing(amnion) combined with hydrophilic fiber silver dressing in the treatment of newborns with severe scalding. Methods A total of 10 newborns with severe scalding were involved in this study.Minipump, quantitative, and steady transfusion were provided in a timely manner to prevent shock and infection. Early breast feeding or artificial feeding was necessary and "zero fasting" was advised. Biological dressing combined with hydrophilic fiber silver dressing was applied to scald wounds. Results All newborns recovered. Obvious scar hypertrophy and dysfunction occurred in only one case after discharge. The remaining nine cases had no obvious scar hypertrophy and grew very well. Conclusion For newborns with severe scalding,early breast feeding and actively preventing shock was essential. The biological dressing(amnion) combined with hydrophilic fiber silver dressing was a good treatment strategy in the treatment of newborns with severe scalding.
