摘 要:在研究蒸汽动力系统的过程中,主冷凝器是回收汽轮机废汽的重要装置,但现有系统在灵敏度和控制效果上不够理想,由系统原理可知补水调节阀控制器的设计与优化是改进系统的关键。根据主冷凝器内蒸汽与水的质量守恒和能量守恒方程,建立主冷凝器系统的数学模型,对冷凝器水位稳定性控制系统的补水调节阀控制器进行了设计。通过仿真研究发现,所设计的补水调节阀控制器同样可以控制主冷凝器内蒸汽压力,而蒸汽压力的响应滞后于水位。基于串级广义预测算法在研究锅炉汽包水位中的应用,对冷凝器水位控制系统实现串级广义预测控制,有利于补水调节阀控制器的设计。仿真结果表明,利用串级广义预测控制算法设计的补水阀调节器使主冷凝器水位在动态过程中具有较好的稳定性和响应快速性。According to mass and energy conservation equation of steam and water in the main condenser, in combination with moving direction of steam and water, the mathematical model of the main condenser system is set up, and the filling water regulator controller in the main condenser water level control system is designed. Through simulation study, it is shown that the designed controller of filling water regulator can also control steam pressure in the main condenser, but the response of the steam pressure is slower than the water level. The cascade generalized predictive control is used to the condenser water level control system, which benefits the design of filling water regula- tor controller. The simulation results show that the designed filling water regulator controller has good stability and rapid response.
