摘　　要：对于大学生学习成绩的提高策略的分析研究,可以更好地促使学生掌握科学的学习方法,提高学习效率。研究心理资本对大学生学习成绩的影响,需要组建学生成绩的变更影响的量化方程,完成大学生学习成绩提高的策略。传统方法组建心理资本对大学生成绩的影响多判据决策方程,但忽略了选取成绩变更影响参数,导致成绩提高策略效果不理想。提出基于回溯法的心理资本对大学生成绩的影响分析方法。利用回溯法界定学生心理资本的四个子维度,组建心理资本、积极情绪和学习成绩之间的关系方程,给出心理资本与学生成绩的正负相关性,组建心理资本对大学生成绩的变更影响的量化方程,计算出心理资本对大学生成绩的影响的因变量和自变量,完成对心理资本对大学生成绩的提高策略分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法影响分析精确度高,可以为制定科学的教学策略提供有力的依据。This article proposes an analysis method for influence of psychological capital on knowledge student score based on backtracking. Firstly,the research used the backtracking method to demarcate four sub - dimensions of psychological capital of student and built relation equation among psychological capital, positive emotion, and school record, then provided positive or negative correlation between the psychological capital and student score. Moreover, the research built quantization equation of influence of psychological capital on alteration of knowledge student score and provided hypothesis of the influence of psychological capital from demand dependence relationship. The research worked out dependent variable and independent variable of the influence on that basis. Experimental simulation proves that the method has high precision of influence analysis and can provide powerful gist for formulating scientific instructional strategy.
