纳米金的靶向探针在肿瘤细胞CT成像的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探索多功能分子探针AuNPs-Tf-AuNCs的合成方法,探讨该探针在CT靶向成像的应用。方法通过氧化还原法合成多功能分子探针AuNPs-Tf-AuNCs,使用CT成像方法检测该探针用于细胞靶向性成像的可能性,综合探讨多功能分子探针AuNPs-Tf-AuNCs在分子影像学中的应用。结论本研究制备的AuNPs-Tf-AuNCs分子探针合成方法简便、CT成像能力优异、安全性极佳,能对过表达TfR的细胞组织进行靶向性成像在分子影像学活体成像中具有良好的应用前景。Objective to explore synthesis method ofmultifunctional molecular probe AuNPs-Tf-AuNCs, and to explore its application in CT targeted imaging. Methods through oxidation-reduction method, synthetize multifunctional molecular probe AuNPs-Tf-AuNCs, and detect its possibility applied for cell targeting imaging with CT imaging method, and carry on comprehensive study on application of of multifunctional molecular probes AuNPs-Tf-AuNCs in molecular imaging. C o n e I u sio n AuNPs-Tf-AuNCs molecular probe synthetized in the study has features of simple preparation, excellent imaging capabilities and excellent safety, and can show target imaging for overexpressed TfR cells tissue, which has good application prospect in intravital imaging in molecular imaging.
