浅谈重症监护患者心理护理问题及策略分析

摘　　要：重症监护病室是收治危重患者的特殊场所,集中了优秀医生护士以及先进的医疗仪器。随着现代医疗技术的发展,对于临床难治疾病也有了治疗甚至治愈的可能,但由于重症监护患者需要较长的机体恢复时间,因而为重症监护室配置的医疗仪器也随之而生^([1])。一般来说,重症监护患者病情危重且治疗时间长,患者在临床上容易出现各类不良的心理状况,传统观念认为医护人员主要职责仅仅在于快速且成功地抢救患者,无需实施心理护理。而随着近年来医学模式的转变,人们开始关注到重症监护患者的心理状况,主要原因在于重症监护患者因其身体遭到严重打击,在临床上处于心理高度应激状况,加上医护人员在抢救过程中的劣行刺激容易加重患者病情,从而影响治疗效果^([2])。因此,医护人员对重症监护患者实施治疗的过程中还需要关注其心理状况,实施有针对性的护理措施,建立良好的护患关系。Intensive care unit is a special place for critically ill treated patients, with excellent doctors, Nurses and advanced medical instruments. With development of modem medical technology, clinical refractory diseases are possibly treatzd or cured, however, intensive care patients need longer recovery time, so medical instruments equipped for ICU emergem. Generally speaking, ICU patients have severe and critial condition and long treatment period, patient is apt to have all kinds of adverse psychological status in clinical practice, according to tmditional idea, rnainresponsibilityofmedicalstaffsisjusttorescue patients quickly and successfully, without psychological nursing. With transformation of medical pattern in recent years, people begin to pay attention to psychological status of ICU patients, the main reason is that they are in a high psychological stress status in clinical practice for suffering serious diseases, and bad behaviour of medical staffs may stimulate and increase patient＇s condition in rescue process, thus affect curative effectt21. Therefore, medical staffs should pay attention to psychological condition of intensive care patients in treatment process with targeted nursing measures, and establish good relationship between nurses and patients.
