商运核电站HHO、BHO移交工作难点浅析

摘　　要：在商运核电站建安过程中,部分房间和构筑物因建筑、装修过程完成需移交其他单位进行调试围护,故需对其进行房间移交或构筑物移交。而移交过程中因施工方与接收方不同、关注的质量重点不一以及对构筑物的理解不同,经常出现移交缓慢的情况,从而影响了系统运行维护,进而影响整个电厂的达标投产。因此,论文总结了移交过程中容易出现的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。In the construction and decoration course of the commercial nuclear power station, some rooms and structures need to be transferred to other units for debugging and maintenance because of the completion of the building and decoration process, so the HHO or BHO is necessary. And a different attention not on the structures in different understanding, often appear over slow, thus affecting the system operation and maintenance, thereby affecting the entire power plant production standards. Therefore, the paper summarizes the transfer process prone to problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
