摘　　要：依靠科技进步优化产业结构是目前世界钢铁工业发展的普遍趋势。尽管现阶段我国钢铁工业有了长足的发展 ,但与发达国家相比 ,在产品的品种结构、工艺设备、质量技术等方面仍存在着明显的差距。因此 ,必须以科技进步为动力 ,推动钢铁企业的结构调整 ,使我国由钢铁大国向钢铁强国迈进。It is the universal trend for the world steel industry that the optimization of steel industry structure should be depended on the science and technology advancement. There are some diversities with the developed countries in the mix structure, process and equipment, quality and technology in despite of many achievements that China steel industry has got. We must impel the restructure of steel industry driven by the science and technology advancement to make China a stronger steel producing country.
