何庆勇运用苓桂术甘汤的经验

摘　　要：文章较全面地总结了何庆勇副主任医师运用《伤寒论》中苓桂术甘汤的临床经验。结合多年临床经验,何师认为苓桂术甘汤的病机是中焦阳虚,水饮上犯,并指出运用苓桂术甘汤取佳效的关键在于:一是辨方证,凡是符合"动则心悸,动则头晕"方证者,无论是心律失常、高血压病、脑梗死,均可用之,并多有效验;二是力求原方原量,遵循仲圣原方药物配比,及重用茯苓30~60 g;三是经方叠用;四是借助类方思想化裁经方。In the paper,the clinical experiences of the associated chief physician,He Qingyong were introduced in the utility of linggui zhugan tang recorded in Shang Han Lun.In association with the clinical experiences for years,Prof.He thinks that linggui zhugan tang is suitable for the pathogenesis as yang deficiency in the middle Energizer and the upward attack of harmful fluids.The best therapeutic effect of linggui zhugan tang is firstly based on the pattern/syndrome differentiation as palpitation and dizziness on movement.It is effective in the treatment of arrhythmia,hypertension and cerebral infarction.Secondly,it is in accordance with the original dose and ratio of composition,in which,heavy dose is used for Poria,30g to 60g.Thirdly,it is resulted from the overlapping of the classic formulas and fourthly,it is achieved by the modification of the similar classic formulas.
