陈自明治崩漏的经验及其临床应用

摘　　要：文章从《妇人大全良方》论治崩漏的理法方药入手,通过研究治疗崩漏的方剂,总结和归纳陈自明治疗崩漏的用药经验和特点,并证以验案。陈氏认为崩漏以气血亏虚、冲任虚损为内因,风冷乘袭为外因,内外因素共同作用,损伤冲任而致病;辨证上重视阴阳辨证,甄别寒热虚实,探求病本,灵活运用温阳散寒、滋阴清热、补益冲任、活血化积等治法;治疗上倡导"治血先治气",徇因固本。将陈氏经验运用于临床,常收佳效,其临床经验和用药特点对现代临床有重要的借鉴意义。On the basis of the principle,therapeutic method and medication for the treatment of uterine bleeding recording in Furen Daquan Liangfang,focusing the study on the herbal medicine formulas for the treatment of the disease,the medication experiences and characteristics of Chen Ziming were summarized and the medical cases were reported in the paper.Chen Ziming thinks that qi and blood deficiency and consumption of the Thoroughfare Vessel and the Conception Vessel are the internal factors,the invasion of wind and cold is the external factor.The interaction of the internal and external factors damages the Thoroughfare Vessel and the Conception Vessel,consequently,the disease happens.Regarding the pattern differentiation,yin and yang differentiation is the essential,cold,heat,deficiency or excess is identified and the root cause is explored.The different therapeutic methods are used accordingly,named warming yang,dispersing cold;nourishing yin and clearing heat,tonifying the Thoroughfare Vessel and the Conception Vessel,activating the blood circulation and removing stasis,etc.The treatment for blood dysfunction is much essential before the treatment for qi disorder.The experiences above have been applied to clinical practice and the satisfactory effects have been achieved.These clinical experiences and the medication characteristics are significant in the modern clinical practice.
