关于推进旅团士官俱乐部主任培养体系建设的几点思考

摘　　要：解放军艺术学院被列为新型联合作战体系院校后,办学育人被赋予新任务、新内涵,任职教育和军事职业教育将成为学院任务的重要组成部分。当前,旅团俱乐部主任士官的培养存在多种局限性。因此,调整完善旅团俱乐部主任士官的招生培训等环节,充分整合和调动各种教育资源,分层次多渠道开展培训,提高培训质量和规模,推进旅团俱乐部主任士官培养体系建设尤为重要。As an academy of the new type of joint combat system, the RL.A. Academy of Art has acquired new task and new connotation with post-oriented education and military vocational education are important parts of its teaching. At present, the training of brigade club director non-commissioned officers has some limitations. Therefore, it is of great importance to adjust and improve its enrollment and training, to fully integrate and activate various educational resources, to provide multi-leveled and multi-channeled programs, and to promote quality and quantity of training, thus promoting its systematic construction.
