摘　　要：主要分析了喷漆室喷漆双链的爬行问题,通过对机尾张紧调整、前期施工精度把控、后期润滑方式方法进行分析,解决了喷漆双链爬行问题,保证了设备运行的稳定性以及安全性,提高了喷漆漆膜质量。This article mainly analyzes the problem of double-stranded crawling in spray paint shop. By adjusting the chain tightener, controlling the construction precision at earlier stage, analyzing the method of lubrication at later stage, the problem of the double-stranded crawling is solved, the operating stably and safely of equipment is ensured, and the quality of the paint fihn is improved.
