摘 要:目的探讨病媒生物抗药性监测实验室间比对结果的评定方法,以保障河北省各市级疾控机构抗药性监测数据的准确性和有效性。方法在河北省已能独立开展抗药性监测工作的9个实验室中,抽取H、C、Z、D 4个实验室进行抗药性检测实验室间比对(比对的指标数共25个),以S实验室作为参考实验室。对实验室间比对结果分别用比率值En、Wilcoxon带符号秩检验进行评定,探讨其适用性。结果以比率值En评定实验室间的比对结果,符合率为48%,该方法可用于家蝇、淡色库蚊抗药性检测结果的实验室间比对;以Wilcoxon带符号秩检验评定实验室间的比对结果,符合率为78%,可用于检验两个实验室间同种试虫对各种不同药剂的综合检测结果是否有差异。结论比率值En比较适合实验室间LD_(50)和LC_(50)的比对,但对于KT_(50)的比对,由于数值较高,还需进一步探讨;Wilcoxon带符号秩检验在进行实验室间比对时可作为参考。Objective To explore the method of evaluating the results of inter-laboratory comparison of vector resistance monitoring to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data of resistance monitoring in various municipal disease control agencies. Methods In the nine laboratories where Hebei province had been able to independently carry out the resistance test,H,C,Z and D laboratories were tested for resistance testing inter-laboratory comparison( comparison of the number of indicators of a total of 25),to S laboratory as a reference laboratory.The results of interlaboratory comparisons were evaluated by the Ratio Value En and Wilcoxon Signed Rank test,and their applicability was discussed.Results The result of the inter-laboratory comparison by the Ratio Value En,and the coincidence rate was 48%. The method could be used for the comparison results of inter-laboratory resistance monitoring of Musca domestica and Culex pipiens pallens. Wilcoxon Signed Rank test was used to evaluate the results of inter-laboratory comparison,and the coincidence rate was 78%. The method could be used to examine the differences between the results of the same kind of test insects on the detection of different pesticides in the two laboratories.Conclusion The Ratio Value En is more suitable for comparison between LD50 and LC50 inter-laboratory,while for KT50 comparison,due to the higher numerical value,need further study. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank test can be used as a reference when performing inter-laboratory comparisons.
