摘  要:目的掌握西安市外环境各种水体中蚊幼虫密度分布及消长趋势等变化规律,为蚊类及蚊媒传染病的防治提供科学依据。方法蚊幼虫勺捕法。结果 2011-2015年共采样1 500勺,阳性675勺,总阳性率为45%,共捕获蚊幼虫(蛹)25 706只,平均密度为38条/勺。2011-2014年蚊幼虫(蛹)密度逐年降低,2015年有所回升。每年7月蚊幼虫(蛹)密度最高,5月或6月最低。结论首次分析了西安地区蚊幼虫(蛹)密度,初步掌握了西安地区蚊幼虫(蛹)的季节消长情况,为西安地区病媒生物及蚊媒传播疾病的监测和控制服务提供了准确的科学依据。Objective To study the larval density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Xi'an. Methods Mosquito larvae spoon method was used.Results From 2011 to 2015,a total of 1 500 spoons of water were sampled,and 675 spoons were positive accounting for 45%. 25 706 mosquito larvae were collected,and the average mosquito larvae density was 38 larvae per spoon.The seasonal fluctuation curve showed that the peak of mosquito larva density appeared in July. Conclusion The larval density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Xi'an were better understood,which provided a scientific basis for mosquito control.
