摘　　要：介绍了全球辊面不小于1400mm的4辊或6辊单机架铝带冷轧生产线设备及其工艺。截止2000年底,全球有辊面宽度小于1400mm的4辊铝带轧机约125台,辊面宽度不小于1400mm的4辊/6辊单机架铝带轧机约410台,双机架4辊冷连轧机列17条(含6辊的),3机架4辊冷连轧机列8条,5机架4辊冷轧机列6条,6机架4辊冷轧机列1条,还有一些2辊的块片冷轧机,它们的总生产能力约18Mt/a。在辊面宽度不小于1400mm的4辊铝带冷轧机中:带卷质量为10～18t的占28%左右;轧制速度不低于1500m/min的有约30台,占总数的6%左右。The process and equipment of single stand4or6high aluminium strip cold rolling mills,whose width of work rolls are greater than or equal to1400mm were introduced.The aluminium strip cold rolling mills in the world at the early new century were reviewed.There are about 410single stand4high aluminum strip cold rolling mills and33tandem lines in the world.The total capacity of aluminium strip cold rolling mills is about 18.8Mt in2000.
