摘 要:在微波辐照下,利用煤基炭负载金属催化剂,通过固定床反应器在N2/O2/NO气氛下进行NO脱除试验。结果表明,在微波功率为250 W条件下,负载K,Na,Cu基成分煤基炭脱硝效率分别可达82.27%,87.62%和71.95%,并保持较好的稳定性;K,Na,Cu基催化剂脱硝效率随微波功率下降而下降,Fe和Ni基催化剂脱硝效率随微波功率下降而上升;复合型催化剂脱硝试验表明,K基成分和Fe,Ni基成分催化剂均存在不同程度的协同脱硝作用。The denitration performance under the microwave irradiation of the coal derived carbon supported metal catalyst was evaluated by the fixed bed reactor in the atmosphere of N2/O2/NO. The experimental results indicate that the denitration efficiency of coal derived carbon contained K,Na,Cu components can reach 82. 27%,87. 62% and71. 95% respectively,also kept stable under 250 W microwave irradiation. The NOxremoval efficiency of catalysts contained K,Na and Cu decreased while Fe and Ni increased with the decrease of microwave power. The experiments of the bimetallic catalyst reveal that there is synergistic effect between K and Fe,Ni.
