摘　　要：本文介绍了PLC及其变频器在甩干机上进行速度控制的应用技术,通过应用变频器实现甩干机的平稳旋转,不仅保护电机和变速箱,同时减少了由于甩干机转速过快、震动等原因造成的电机及其产品质量问题。提高了设备的生产效率和自动化水平,该设计完全达到了预期目的。This paper introduces PLC and inverter speed control technology application in the dryer, the drying machine to rotate smoothly through the application of frequency converter, not only protects the motor and gearbox, simultaneously reducing the drying quality problems caused by motor speed too fast, because of the vibration and its products. The production efficiency and automation level of the equipment have been improved. the design has reached the expected goal.
