摘　　要：档案多元化是社会多元化的必然结果。多元化档案公正管理就是要促进档案主体权利平等,消除档案权利歧视,为私营企事业单位组织和大众提供平等的建档机会,建设公正的档案法制,强化公共档案资源开放力度,建构完整的时代记忆,服务民生建设。The diversification of archives is the inevitable result of social pluralism. Diversified ar- chival just management is to promote the equality of rights, eliminate rights discrimination, provide equal opportunity and fair construction of archival filing, legal system, strengthen the degree of public archives opening up, and to establish a complete time memory to serve people＇s livelihood construc- tion for private enterprises, institutions and organizations as well as the public.
