摘　　要：目的观察手持对讲机应用于临床前后对护患满意度的影响效果。方法 2016年10月~2016年12月在肿瘤病区使用手持对讲系统进行日常工作的沟通交流,使用3个月前后对60名患者及32名护士进行满意度问卷调查,比较使用前后3个月患者的满意度和护士的工作满意度的情况。结果使用手持对讲机后,护护之间信息传递方便直接,呼叫应答更及时,病房环境得以改善,护患满意度均有提高。结论护护之间使用手持对讲系统沟通,缩短了临床沟通距离,减轻了护士来回走动的体力,有效地提高了工作效率,值得临床推广使用。Objective observe the influence of handheld walkie - talkie applied to clinical to improve satisfaction of nurses and patients. Methods from Oct. 2016 to Dec. 2016, the nurses use handheld intercom system to make daily communication in our oncology department. The satisfaction questionnaires were conducted in 60 patients and 32 nurses. The satisfaction of patients and nurses＇ job satisfaction were compared before and after handheld walkie - talkie application. Results after the use of walkie - talkie, the information transmission between the nurses is convenient and direct, the call response is more timely, the ward environment is quieter, and the patient satisfaction is improved. Conclusion The communication between nurses using a handheld intercom system shorten the clinical communication distance, reduce the nurses back and forth walking, effectively improve the working efficiency, is worthy of clinical promotion.
