中药穴位贴敷联合红外线灯照射干预脾胃虚寒胃脘痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药穴位贴敷联合红外线灯照射干预脾胃虚寒胃脘痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例常规护理,清淡饮食,避免辛辣、寒凉等刺激性食物,养成良好作息规律,天气骤变增减衣物,避免着凉。干预组30例中药穴位贴敷联合红外线灯照射,足三里(双侧)、胃脘、内关、胃腧、脾腧、阿是,制附子、吴茱萸、丁香、生姜汁、细辛、肉桂、蜂蜜、白芷,调成糊状,放置于穴位贴中央,贴在穴位上,2h/贴,1次/d;药物贴于穴位后,红外线灯照射(勿隔衣物照射),40min/次,防止烫伤;常规护理同对照组。连续护理干预6次为1疗程。观测临床症状、证候积分、不良反应。连续护理3程(18次),判定疗效。[结果]干预组显效8例,有效13例,无效9例,总有效率90.32%;对照组,显效5例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中药穴位贴敷联合红外线灯照射干预脾胃虚寒胃脘痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with infrared irradiation intervention effect of stomachache of spleen deficiency. [Methods] 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random parallel control method. The control group received routine nursing, 30 cases of light diet, avoid spicy, cold and spicy food, develop good work and rest rules, the sudden change in the weather to change clothes, avoid cold. The intervention group of 30 cases of TCM acupoint sticking suit＋infrared irradiation, Zusanli（bilateral）, stomach, Neiguan, stomach, spleen meridian acupoints, ah, Wuzhuyu, clove, aconite, ginger juice, honey, cinnamon, ginger, angelica, tune into a paste, placed on the acupoint of central, affixed to the point, 2 h/paste, 1 times/d; drug onto acupoints, infrared irradiation（irradiation, not isolation clothes） 40 min/times, to prevent burns; routine nursing with the control group. Continuous nursing intervention for 1 times for 6 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, syndrome score, adverse reaction. Continuous nursing 3 process（18 times）, to determine the efficacy. [Result]In the intervention group, 8 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.32%; the control group, 5 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases effective, 10 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 66.67%. The treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Symptom scores were improved in the two groups（P〈0.01）. The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with infrared irradiation intervention of spleen deficiency stomach pain, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
