摘 要:以非道路YD4N柴油机为例,首先进行原机性能参数调整和优化燃烧技术参数,然后在"电控高压共轨系统+SCR后处理系统"技术路线下,进行排放后处理试验研究。试验结果表明,高压喷射可以使发动机微粒排放有明显改善,SCR是目前最具潜力的NO_x还原技术,采用"电控高压共轨系统+SCR后处理系统"可以使非道路柴油机达到欧ⅢB排放指标,是一种有效可行的技术路线。A YD4N non-road diesel engine is used as an example, first, the performance parameters of original machine are adjusted, and the combustion technical parameters are optimized. Based on "high pressure common rail system + SCR postprocessing system " technical route,the experimental research of emission aftertreatment system is carries through. The experimental results show that the high pressure injection can improve the particulate emission of the engine, and the SCR is the most promising NOx reduction technology at present. Using the "high pressure common rail system + SCR postprocessing system" can make the non-road diesel engine reach the Euro mB emission standard, and which is an effective and feasible technical route.
