超声引导下颈内静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术临床应用

摘　　要：目的探析超声引导下颈内静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术的效果。方法在我院接受颈内静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术的患者中选出40例随机分组,对照组患者行解剖定位盲穿置管术,观察组患者行超声引导下的置管术,对比两组患者的一次置管成功率、置管时间、并发症发生率等。结果观察组患者的一次置管成功率比对照组高(95%vs 80%),P<0.05;观察组患者的置管时间比对照组长,且置管并发症发生率5%比对照组的20%低,P<0.05。结论超声引导下的颈内静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术成功率高,大大缩短置管时间,降低由置管操作不当引起的并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided internal jugular vein catheterization for central venous catheterization. Methods Internal jugular vein puncture central venous catheter for 40 patients were randomly divided into tube patients in our hospital,the control group underwent anatomic blind catheter catheterization,observation group underwent ultrasound guided,compared two groups of patients with a success rate of catheterization,indwelling time and complications the incidence of. Results The observation group of patients with a success rate of catheterization was higher than the control group（ 95% vs 80%）,P 0. 05; Observe the catheterization time longer than the control group patients,and catheter complication rate was 5% lower than that of the control group 20%,P 0. 05. Conclusion Ultrasound guided internal jugular vein puncture central venous catheterization has a high success rate,greatly shortens the time of catheterization and reduces complications caused by improper operation of the catheter,so it is worthy of clinical application.
