摘 要:目的:考察陈皮及其主要活性成分对脾虚模型大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)、血浆乙酰胆碱(ACh)、P物质(SP)、胃动素(MTL)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)的影响。方法:以苦寒泻下加饥饱失常法复制大鼠脾虚模型,陈皮水煎液、橙皮苷、辛弗林及4个单体组合物(橙皮苷、辛弗林、川陈皮素、橘皮素)分别灌胃给药,采用ELISA法检测血清GAS、血浆ACh、SP、MTL和VIP的含量变化,考察陈皮水煎液及其主要活性成分对脾虚模型大鼠的影响。结果:模型组大鼠ACh、GAS、MTL和SP含量较空白对照组明显降低,而VIP含量则显著增加。给药后,吗丁啉6 mg/kg组GAS和MTL水平较模型组显著升高;橙皮苷12.68 mg/kg剂量组血清中GAS含量与模型组比较显著增加;橙皮苷12.68、25.36 mg/kg剂量组血浆中ACh含量,6.34 mg/kg剂量组血浆中SP含量,6.34、12.68、25.36 mg/kg剂量组血浆中MTL含量以及6.34 mg/kg剂量组血浆中VIP含量较模型组明显降低。辛弗林8.4 mg/kg剂量组血浆中ACh和MTL水平较模型组显著增加;辛弗林2.1 mg/kg剂量组血浆中SP含量和8.4 mg/kg剂量组血浆中VIP含量与模型组比较明显降低。4个单体组合物46.36 mg/kg剂量组血清中GAS、血浆中ACh以及SP含量较模型组比较显著增加;4个单体组合物11.59mg/kg剂量组血清中GAS、血浆中ACh、SP含量以及四个单体组合物11.59、23.18、46.36 mg/kg剂量组血浆中MTL含量与模型组比较明显降低。陈皮水煎液1.05 g/kg剂量组血清中GAS含量,4.2 g/kg剂量组血浆中ACh和SP含量与模型组比较明显增加;陈皮水煎液1.05、2.1 g/kg剂量组血浆中MTL和VIP含量较模型组明显降低。结论:橙皮苷和辛弗林是陈皮的药效物质。橙皮苷可能通过升高GAS的含量和抑制ACh、SP、MTL和VIP的分泌来促胃肠运动;辛弗林可能通过增加ACh和MTL的分泌和降低SP和VIP的含量来促胃肠运动;陈皮可能通过升高ACh、GAS和SP的含量和抑制MTL和VIP的分泌来促胃肠运动,这可能�Objective: To study the effect of Pericarpium Citri Retieulatae and its main active ingredients on gastrin in serum, acetylcholine, motilin, substance P and vasoactive intestinal peptide in plasma of rats. Methods : The model was induced by filling out xie remedy to the case every other day. To investigate the effect of hesperidin, synephrine, monomer composition ( hesperidin, synephrine, nobiletin and tangeretin) and Periearpium Citri Reticulatae on model rats, the content change of aeetylcholine (ACh), gastrin (GAS), motilin (MTL), substance P (SP) and vasoacfive intestinal peptide (VIP) were determined respectively. Results: The levels of ACh, GAS, MTL and SP in normal group increased, and VIP in normal group significantly decreased compared with model group (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). After administration, the level of GAS in serum and the level of MTL in plasma in Dompefidone 6 mg/kg group increased significantly compared with model group (P 〈 0.05) ; The level of GAS in serum in 12.68 mg/kg group of hesperidin increased significantly compared with model group (P 〈 0.01 ) ; The levels of ACh in plasma in 12.68 and 25.36 mg/kg groups, SP in plasma in 6.34 mg/kg group, MTL in plasma in 6.34, 12.68 and 25.36 mg/kg groups, and VIP in plasma in 6.34 mg/kg group of hesperidin decreased significantly compared with model group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of ACh and MTL in plasma in 8.4 mg/kg group of synephrine significantly increased compared with model group ( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ) ; The levels of SP in plasma in 2.10 mg/kg group and VIP in plasma in 8.4 mg/kg group of synephrine significantly decreased compared with model group ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). The levels of GAS in serum, ACh and SP in plasma in 46.36 mg/kg group of monomer composition increased significantly compared with model group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) ; The levels of GAS in serum, ACh and SP in plasma in 11.59 mg/kg group, and MTL in plasma in 11.59, 23.18 and 46.36 mg/kg
