摘 要:目的:研究贵州产切面红色土茯苓乙酸乙酯部位有否有镇痛抗炎的作用。方法:通过两种镇痛试验(热板法及醋酸扭体法),4种抗炎试验(角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀的影响、大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响及致小鼠腹部毛细血管通透性的影响)对贵州产切面红色土茯苓乙酸乙酯部位进行了药效学研究。结果:热板法试验表明,乙酸乙酯部位0.60g/kg剂量组小鼠给药90 min和1.20g/kg剂量组给药120min痛阈值与给药前比较,差异有统计学意义。醋酸扭体法试验亦表明,该部位对于化学刺激性疼痛有明显镇痛作用,且显著延长疼痛潜伏期。二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响试验中,乙酸乙酯部位0.60g/kg剂量组耳肿胀抑制率为43.6%;角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀的影响试验中,其部位在致炎后的8h中均能抑制大鼠致炎足肿胀度,乙酸乙酯部位0.6g/kg剂量组的抑制作用较为明显;大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响试验中,其部位均能显著减少肉芽肿的增生,乙酸乙酯部位0.30g/kg剂量组抑制率为29.6%;二甲苯致小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响试验中,其部位均能显著减少染料的渗出量,乙酸乙酯部位1.20g/kg剂量组抑制率为39%。结论:贵州产切面红色土茯苓乙酸乙酯部位有较好的镇痛与抗炎作用。Objective: Study whether Guizhou red-section" Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae" ethyl acetate extract has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect or not. Method: Two types of analgesic tests ( hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test) and four types of anti-inflammatory tests ( test about effect of rat carrageenin paw edema, test about effect of rat granuloma, test about effect of xylene on ear edema in mice, and the test about effect of capillary permeability in mice) were performed. Results: Hot plate test in analgesic tests indicated that 0.60g/kg dose group 90 min after administration and the 1.20g/kg dose group 120 rain after administration, the pain thresholds compared to the ones before administration, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Therefore, Red-section" Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae" ethyl acetate extract had good analgesic effect on hot excitant pain. Acetic acid writhing test also showed ethyl acetate extract had obvious analgesic effect on chemical excitant pain, and it also significantly prolonged the latency of pain. In the study of anti-inflammatory action, the inhibition ratio was 43.6% in the 0.60g/kg dose group in the study of xylene on ear edema in mice ; in the study of rat carrageenin paw edema, ethyl acetate extract restrained paw edema 8 hours after carrageenin was injected into rats, and the inhibition ratio was obvious in the 0.6g/kg dose group; in the study of rat granuloma, ethyl acetate extract obviously inhibitted granuloma growing, and the inhibition ratio was 29.6% in the 0.30g/ kg dose group ; in the study of capillary permeability in mice, ethyl acetate extract significantly reduced the seepage of colorant, and the inhibition ratio was 39% in the 1.20g/kg dose group. Conlusion: Guizhou red-section" Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae" ethyl acetate extract has preferable analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
