摘 要:目的:观察归芪升血颗粒分别对环磷酰胺、阿糖胞苷、辐射、苯所致小鼠白细胞降低模型的影响。方法:分别建立环磷酰胺、阿糖胞苷、辐射、苯诱导的小鼠白细胞降低模型,胃饲3种不同剂量归芪升血颗粒,以维生素B4为阳性药,正常对照组及模型组胃饲生理水,连续10天。结果:环磷酰胺、阿糖胞苷、辐射、苯诱导的模型组小鼠WBC和OD值水平明显低于空白组,归芪升血颗粒58.2原生药/kg剂量组和维生素B4组血白细胞计数和OD值水平明显高于模型组;归芪升血颗粒58.2原生药/kg剂量组和维生素B4组CFU-S血明显高于模型组。结论:归芪升血颗粒58.2g原生药/kg剂量组对环磷酰胺、阿糖胞苷、辐射、苯诱发的小鼠外周白细胞减少具有明显抑制作用,而且能促进骨髓有核细胞的分裂,促进小鼠脾结节的形成。促使造血干细胞的形成。Objective: To observe the effect of Guiqi Shengxue Granule on mouse leukocyte reduction induced by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide and Ara-C. Methods: The mouse model of white blood cell was induced by cyclophosphamide and Ara-C, and 3 different doses of Guiqi Shengxue Granule were administration. Vitamin B4 was the positive drug. Mice in the normal control group and the model group were fed with water for 10 days. White blood cell count (WBC) of mice were measured; one of the femur was collected, then was treated with CaCl2, OD value of the bone marrow under 268nm was determinated by UV spectrophotometry. Results: WBC and OD value in model group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 01), and white blood cell counts in the high dose of Guiqi Sheugxue Granule and vitamin B4 groups were significantly higher than that in model group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Guiqi Shengxue Granule (58.2g crude drug/kg) has obvious inhibitory effect on mice leukopenia induced by cyclophosphamide, but also can promote the nucleated cell division in the bone marrow and hematopoietic stem cell formation.
