五酯胶囊影响他克莫司血药浓度的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察五酯胶囊对移植受者他克莫司(Tacrolimus,Tac)血药浓度的影响,为他克莫司合理应用提供基础。方法:对接受肾移植并予以他克莫司为基础的免疫抑制治疗的患者进行回顾性分析,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)监测合用五酯胶囊与否对患者他克莫司血药浓度的影响,记录他克莫司的给药剂量。分析性别、年龄对监测结果的影响。结果:观察组比对照组他克莫司用药剂量显著减少,血药浓度显著升高;同组患者合用后比与合用前比较,他克莫司血药浓度显著升高,提示可减少用药剂量;不同年龄段、性别未见明显差异。结论:五酯胶囊能升高他克莫司血药浓度谷值,五酯胶囊与他克莫司联合用药,能降低移植患者他克莫司的使用剂量。Objective：To observe the effect of Wuzhi Capsule on the tacrolimus blood concentration of transplantation patients , providing a basis for reasonable application of tacrulimus. Methods：The aUograft organ graft recipients who were treated with FK506 were analyzed retrospectively. The blood concentrations of FK506 in the patients were monitored by ELISA method before and after medication. Drug dosage of FK506 was recorded and therapeutic efficacy of immunosuppression. Otherwise, age and gender were put into consideration to analysis their impact on the results. Results：The Tac dose of combined group decreased significantly than single group, while the blood concentration increased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Age and gender had little effect on dose and blood concentration of Tac. Conclusion：Administration of Wuzhi Capsule could elevate the trough blood concentration of tacrolimus. And tacrolimuscombined with Wuzhi Capsule could reduce the Tac dose in renal graft recipients.
