柔肝降脂胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效及对患者血脂的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:观察柔肝降脂胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效及对患者血脂的影响。方法:将常州市第三人民医院2015年1月~2016年6月期间收治的100例非酒精性脂肪肝患者纳入研究,分为2组,各50例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组另外给予柔肝降脂胶囊。对比两组肝功能、血脂等的差异。结果:(1)观察组的总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组74.00%。治疗后,观察组肝功能指标谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)水平分别为(45.19±4.92、38.06±4.41、57.61±4.33)U/L,均明显低于对照组(53.00±5.13、47.59±4.53、64.0±4.75)U/L。(3)治疗后,观察组血脂指标总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平分别为(5.25±0.44、1.61±0.15和2.86±0.27)mmol/L,均明显低于对照组(5.86±0.51、1.90±0.18和3.21±0.29)。(4)治疗后,观察组主要症状积分和肝/脾CT比值分别为(4.07±0.78分、0.89±0.13),均明显优于对照组(5.12±0.83分、0.77±0.13)。(5)治疗期间,观察组有2例(4.00%)发生不良反应,略低于对照组3例(6.00%),差异无统计学意义。结论:柔肝降脂胶囊可改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能、降低血脂,且用药安全。Objective： To observe influence on clinical effect and blood fat of Rougan Jiangzhi capsule in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods ：100 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease from Changzhou Third People＇s Hospital from January 2015 -June 2016 were grouped two groups and each with 50 cases. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and observation group was treated another with Rougan Jiangzhi capsule. Liver function and blood fat of two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of observation group was 92.00%, higher than that of control group 74.00% （ p 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, ALT, AST and γ-GT lecel of observation group were （45.19±4.92,38.06±4.41,57.61±4.33 ） U/L,lower than that of control group （53.00 ± 5.13,47.59 ± 4.53,64.0 ± 4.75 ） U/L（ all p 〈 0.05 ）. （3）After treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C level of observation group were （ 5.25 ± 0.44,1.61 ± 0.15 and 2.86 ± 0.27 ） mmol/L,lower than that of control group （ 5.86± 0.51,1.90 ± 0.18 and 3.21± 0.29 ） （ all p 〈 0.05 ）. （4）Symptom score and liver / spleen CT ratio of observation group were（4.07 ± 0.78points ,0.89± 0.13 ）, better than of that of control group （5.12±0.83points ,0.77 ±0.13 ）（ all p 〈 0.05 ）. （5）Adverse reaction rate of observation group was 4.00%, slightly lower than the control group 6.00%, but the difference was not statistically significant （p 〉 0.05）. Conclusion：Rougan Jiangzhi capsule can improve liver function and blood fat of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and drug safety.
