松龄血脉康胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中效果及对患者神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析松龄血脉康胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中效果及对患者神经功能的影响。方法:将我院2015年11月~2016年12月期间收治的120例缺血性脑卒中患者分为2组,各60例。两组均接受常规方案治疗,观察组另服用松龄血脉康胶囊。观察松龄血脉康胶囊的疗效。结果:(1)观察组的总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组75.00%。治疗后,观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容和血小板聚集率(PAR)分别为(7.50±1.92m Pa·s、1.5±0.11m Pa·s、36.05±4.39%、61.35±4.92%),均明显低于对照组(9.61±2.07m Pa·s、1.70±0.15m Pa·s、41.52±4.53%、67.59±5.24)。(3)治疗后,观察组血清甘油三酯(TG)、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)值分别为(1.60±0.17mmol/L、135.2±7.0mm Hg、89.1±5.7mm Hg),均明显低于对照组(2.06±0.21mmol/L、144.5±8.6mm Hg、96.2±6.6mm Hg)。(4)治疗后,观察组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)评分和Barthel指数分别为(9.63±2.18、70.15±4.83)分,均明显优于对照组(14.02±2.25、64.02±4.35)分。结论:松龄血脉康胶囊可提高缺血性脑卒中患者治疗效果,改善血液流变学、血脂和血压,并提高治疗后神经功能恢复情况和生活能力。Objective： To observe clinical effects and influence on nerve function of Song, ling Xuemaikang Capsule in treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods ：120 patients with ischemie stroke from November 2015 - December 2016 were grouped two groups, each with 60 cases. Two groups were treated with conventional scheme,observation group was treated another with Songling Xuemaikang Capsule. Clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results： Effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, higher than control group with 75.00% （ p 〈 0.05 ）. Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,hematocrit and PAR of observation group were（7.50 ± 1.92mPa· s, 1.5 ±0.1 l mPa · s,36.05± 4.39% ,61.35 4.92% ） , better than control group （ 9.61±2.07mPa ·s, 1.70±0.15 mPa · s,41.52 ± 4.53%, 67.59 ± 5.24 ） （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. （3） Serum TG level , SBP and DBP of observation group were（ 1.60 ±0.17mmol/L, 135.2 ± 7.0mmHg ,89.1± 5.7mmHg） ,lower than control group（2. 06 ± 0.21 mmol/L, 144.5± 8.6mmHg ,96.2 ± 6.6mmHg） （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. （4）NIHSS score and Barthel index of observation group were （ 9.63 ±2.18,70.15 ±4.83 ） points ,better than that of control group （ 14.02 ±2.25,64.02 ± 4.35 ） points（ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Songling Xuemaikang Capsule can improve clinical effects for treatment of ischemic stroke,improve hemorheology, blood lipids, blood pressure and improve the recovery of neurological function and living ability.
