早泄患者前列腺炎样症状及慢性前列腺炎患病状况临床调查

摘　　要：目的:研究前列腺炎样症状及慢性前列腺炎患病在早泄患者中的临床意义。方法:利用随机选取法选取我院2014年8月至2016年8月290例确诊为原发性和继发性早泄患者作为实验组,选取在我院同期参加体检的相仿健康者290例作为对照组,对所有受试者进行问卷调查及相关检查,并比较实验组和对照组的一般情况及变化因素。结果:实验组发生前列腺炎样症状及慢性前列腺炎的几率远远高于对照组,其中实验组发生前列腺炎样症状及慢性前列腺炎发生率分别是35.1%和24.8%,而对照组发生率则分别是10.8%和7.3%;实验组中的继发性早泄患者43.1%的发病率明显高于原发性早泄患者的26.7%(P<0.05),提示差异均有统计学意义;NIH-CPSI评分结果显示:实验组患者的总分(12.3±5.1)分明显高于对照组的(5.6±4.9)分,实验组中的继发性早泄患者的总分(13.9±7.5)分明显高于原发性早泄患者的(10.8±6.9)分。结论:早泄患者比无早泄患者更容易发生前列腺炎样症状及慢性前列腺炎,且继发性早泄患者发生前列腺炎样症状及慢性前列腺炎的几率比原发性早泄更高。Objectives：To study the clinical significance of prostatitis like symptoms and chronic prostatitis in patients with premature ejaculation（PE）.Methods：290 patients diagnosed with primary and second PE were randomly selected in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 as the experimental group.Another 290 healthy persons in our hospital for physical examination were selected as control group.All the subjects were investigated and underwent related checks,which were compared between the experimental group and control group.Results：The incidences of prostatitis like symptoms and chronic prostatitis in the experimental group were 35.1% and 24.8% respectively,and those in the control group were 10.8% and 7.3% respectively,with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The NIH-CPSI scores of experimental group and control group was（12.3 ± 5.1） and（5.6 ± 4.9） respectively;that of the secondary PE patients was（13.9 ± 7.5）,significantly higher than that of the primary group of（10.8 ± 6.9）.Conclusion：PE patients are more likely to have prostatitis like symptoms and chronic prostatitis,and the incidence is higher for patients with secondary PE than those with primary PE.
