探讨女性绝经前后丝氨酸蛋白酶与尿道综合征相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对比分析丝氨酸蛋白酶在女性绝经前后、尿道综合征患者和健康者之间的变化,探讨女性绝经前后丝氨酸蛋白酶与尿道综合征的相关性,以期为尿道综合征患者的预防、诊断、治疗提供依据。方法:选择我院2013年6月至2016年6月经确诊的女性尿道综合征患者200例作为实验组,同期女性健康志愿者191例为对照组,对比两组血清游离丝氨酸蛋白酶的变化,分析丝氨酸蛋白酶与尿道综合征的相关性。把391例受测者依据月经状况分成绝经前和绝经后两组,对比分析两组丝氨酸蛋白酶的变化。结果:实验组的血丝氨酸蛋白酶检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);绝经后组的丝氨酸蛋白酶检出率高于绝经前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性血清中的丝氨酸蛋白酶可能因雌激素水平下降,使绝经后高于绝经前。女性尿道综合征与丝氨酸蛋白酶有关。Objectives：Through comparative analysis of changes in serine proteases between pre and post menopause and difference in serine proteases between patients with urethral syndrome and healthy persons,to explore the correlation of serine proteases and urethral syndrome at pre and post menopause,in order to provide basis for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of patients with urethral syndrome.Methods：1） 200 female patients with urethral syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the experimental group and 191 female healthy volunteers over the same period were chosen as the control group.Changes in levels of serum free serine protease were compared between the two groups to explore the correlation between serine protease and urethral syndrome.2） The 391 subjects were further divided according to the menstrual status into premenopausal and postmenopausal group,to compare the changes in serine proteases.Results：The percentage of serum serine proteases detected in the experimental group was higher,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）;the percentage of serine proteases detected in postmenopausal group was higher than that in the premenopausal group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Due to the decreased estrogen level,the serum serine protease in postmenopausal group is higher,which indicates the correlation between female urethral syndrome and serine proteases.
