补肾生精饮联合穴位针灸改善精子质量提高夫精人工授精应用率的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:为提高夫精人工授精应用率,观察补肾生精饮联合穴位针灸治疗轻中度少弱精患者的精子质量的疗效及安全性。方法:对由于轻中度少弱精子症引起男性不育患者给予口服补肾生精饮联合穴位针灸治疗24周,并分别于治疗前以及治疗后第3、6、9、12、18、24周检测精液参数并进行精液预处理。结果:132例患者,有12例中途退出,治疗过程中女方临床妊娠8例(6.67%),达到人工授精指标56例(46.67%)。与治疗前相比,在补肾生精饮联合穴位针炙治疗后,精子密度、精子活力、(a+b)级精子总数以及精液预处理后(a+b)级精子总数在治疗过程中均有逐渐增高趋势,其中精子密度在治疗9周后各时间组显著性增高(P<0.05),精子活力即(a+b)级精子百分率、(a+b)级精子总数以及精液预处理后(a+b)级精子总数在治疗第12周后各时间组显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:补肾生精饮配合针灸治疗能够改善轻中度少弱精患者的精子质量,提高夫精人工授精的临床应用率。Objectives：To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Bushen Shengjing Yin（BSY） combined with acupuncture-moxibustion on patients with oligoasthenospermia of mild to moderate degree,so as to achieve the standard of applying artificial insemination by husband（AIH）.Methods：Male infertility induced by the mild and moderate oligoasthenospermia were treated with oral BSY combined acupuncture-moxibustion for 24 weeks.The semen parameters were detected and total sperm number of motility level a and b were obtained before treatment and the 3rd,6th,9th,12 th,18th,24 thweek after the treatment respectively.Results：Among the 132 cases,12 cases dropped out,the spouse of 8 cases（6.67%） got pregnant and 56 cases（46.67%） reached the standard of artificial insemination.Compared with those before treatment,the sperm density,sperm motility,the total sperm number of motility level a and b,total sperm number of motility level a and b obtained after semen pre-treatment were increased gradually in the course of treatment by BSY combined with acupoint acupuncture-moxibustion.The sperm density significantly increased at the 9th,12 th,18th,24 thweek after the treatment（P 〈 0.05）.The sperm motility,the total sperm number of motility level a and b,total sperm number of motility level a and b obtained after semen pretreatment were significantly increased at the 12 th,18th,24 thweek after treatment compared with those before treatment（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The combined use of BSY and acupuncture-moxibustion treatment has a curative effect on patients whose sperm quality is slightly lower than AIH application index.By reducing the application rate of IVF,it improves medical treatment security and reduces medical trauma and financial burden.
