自拟中药祛疣方外洗治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析并探讨自拟中药祛疣方外洗治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法:选取2012年12月至2015年12月在医院治疗并分娩的合并妊娠期尖锐湿疣孕妇120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,两组患者均给予CO2激光治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予中药外洗,观察治疗效果及妊娠结局。结果:观察组治愈37例,有效19例,无效4例,复发6例,治疗有效率为93.3%,复发率为10.0%。对照组治愈26例,有效20例,无效14例,复发17例,治疗有效率为76.7%,复发率为28.3%。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,且复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组妊娠结局经统计学检验无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟中药祛疣方外洗治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣的临床效果显著,复发率低,临床上值得推广。Objectives：To analyze and discuss the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gestational genital warts.Methods：120 pregnant women with gestational genital warts in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were administered CO2 laser treatment,on which basis observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment effect and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results：In the observation group,there were 37 cases cured,19 cases effective,4 cases ineffective and 6 cases of recurrence,an effective rate of 93.3% and a recurrence rate of 10.0%.In the control group,there were 26 cases cured,20 cases effective,14 cases ineffective,and 17 cases of recurrence,an effective rate of 76.7% and a recurrence rate of 28.3%.The treatment efficiency was higher and the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Difference in the pregnancy outcome was not significant（P 〉 0.05） by the statistical test.Conclusion：Self-made Chinese medicine is effective for the treatment of gestational genital warts with low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical
