摘  要:目的探讨二胺氧化酶(DAO)、肠型脂肪酸结合蛋白(I-FABP)在血清中的表达对判定新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎手术指征的意义。方法选择30例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎手术患儿作为实验组,另以30例非坏死性小肠结肠炎手术患儿作为对照组,测定血清中DAO、I-FABP生化指标的表达,并与手术中切除小肠结肠长度的相关性加以比较。结果实验组血清中DAO、I-FABP水平明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),且与手术中切除小肠结肠长度呈正相关。结论DAO、I-FABP生化指标在血清中的表达可作为判定新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎手术指征的重要依据。Objective To study the significance of serum levels of diamine oxidase (DAO) and intestinal fatty acid binding protein (I-FABP) on determining the surgical indication of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC). Methods Thirty patients of neonatal NEC were selected as the experimental group and 30 patients with non NEC were selected as the control group, and examined the levels of their serum DAO and I-FABP. The relationship between serum biochemical indexes and the surgical resection of small intestine colon length was calculated. Results In the experimental group, the levels of serum DAO and I-FABP were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and had a positive correlation with the length of the small intestine resected by surgery. Conclusions The expression levels of DAO and I-FABP in serum can be used as an important parameter to determine the surgical indi- cations of neonatal NEC.
