旅游共享经济与非正规就业:对供给侧改革下就业问题的思考

摘　　要：说明了供给侧改革带来的就业困境,指出了旅游共享经济是解决就业困境的有效方法。旅游共享经济通过空间共享、时间共享和出行共享从地域增量、费用增量和特色增量上促进了非正规就业的增长。随着投资增加和共享经济的发展,它会导致就业模式发生根本性的变迁。因此,国家的各种与就业相关的社会保障政策可能都需要随着就业模式的改变而进行相应的调整。The paper discloses the employment difficulties by the reform of supply front and points out that tourism share economy is the effective way of solving the employment problems. Tourism share economy includes time sharing, space sharing and travel sharing, which promote employment growth by domain and expense and characteristic accruement of employment. With the development of investment and share economy, the tourism share economy will activate the basic change of employment pattern. So the government policies related with employment should make change with it.
