摘 要:本文采用现场调查、试验分析、数值模型分析等方法,根据相关规范要求,对某砖混结构营房进行抗震性能鉴定,为既有营房抗震鉴定和加固提供一定的参考和借鉴。经现场调查分析,该营房存在局部钢筋锈蚀、混凝土酥松剥落等结构性损坏现象,应进行加固修复处理;按照B类建筑(后续使用年限40年)进行抗震鉴定,该营房部分抗震措施和首层部分墙段的抗震承载力均不满足相关规范的要求,应进行抗震加固处理。According to relevant specifications, this paper carries out the seismic performance appraisal of a brick and concrete structure barrack by means of field investigation, experimental and numerical model analysis, which provides some reference for the seismic identification and reinforcement of existing barracks. The results from field survey method show that the barrack exists local steel corrosion, concrete crisp loose peeling and other structural damage taken. According to the class B construction (40years fo measures and the seismic bearing , reinforcement and repairing measures must be llow-up) for seismic identification, some seismic capacity of the first part of the wall section do not meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and seismic strengthening treatment should be carried out.
