摘  要:针对传统线缆检测方法效率低、现有线缆检测设备体积大等缺点,设计了一种便携式线缆检测设备。该设备使用锂电池供电,多个线缆检测单元电路组合满足不同类型线缆要求,通过触摸屏选择被检测线缆类型,由嵌入式开发板向单片机控制电路发送检测指令,利用线缆检测电路对线缆进行检测,将检测结果显示于触摸屏。详细介绍了设备组成,以一实例对检测方法进行了说明。现场实用表明,该设备具有检测速度快、准确率高、体积小、扩展性强等优点。Aiming at the disadvantages of low efficiency of the traditional cable detection method and large volume of the existing cable detection device, a kind of portable cable detection device is designed. The device is powered by lithium battery. Some unit circuits are combined to meet the need of different type of cables, and the cable type is selected by touch screen. The embedded development board sends the detecting instruction to the MCU control circuit to detect the cable with the cable detection circuit. The detection results are displayed on the touch screen. The equipment composition is described in detail, and the detection method is showed through an example. The field application shows that the device has the advantages of high detection speed, high accuracy rate, small volume and strong expandability.
