摘 要:以相变材料硬脂酸丁酯为芯材,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)和聚丙二醇(PPG)为反应性单体,采用界面聚合法制备了聚脲/聚氨酯双层壳体相变储热微胶囊,将微胶囊通过浸轧方式整理到棉织物上;表征了微胶囊的化学结构、热稳定性和储热性能,探讨了微胶囊整理剂用量和粘合剂用量对织物增重率和耐洗性的影响,以及整理前后织物的表面形貌和调温性能。结果表明:微胶囊壳体为聚脲/聚氨酯结构,可耐200℃以上高温,熔融温度为22.63℃,结晶温度为14.92℃,相变热焓为70 J/g以上,微胶囊具有良好的热稳定性,储热明显;微胶囊整理剂用量越高,织物增重率越高,粘合剂用量越高,织物耐洗性越好,适宜的微胶囊整理剂用量为150 g/L、粘合剂用量为40 g/L;经整理后的织物在微胶囊材料的相变温度附近具有良好的温度调控功能。Polyurea/polyurethane double shell microcapsules with a phase change material of butyl stearate as core material were prepared by using toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) , diethylene triamine (DETA) and polypropylene glycol (PPG) as reac- tive monomers via interracial polymerization. The prepared microcapsule was finished on cotton fabrics through padding finishing method. The chemical structure, thermal stability and thermal storage properties of the microcapsules were characterized. The in- fluence of the dosage of microcapsule emulsion and adhesive on the weight gain and wash durability of the fabrics was discussed. The surface morphology and thermoregulation property of the cotton fabrics were studied before and after finishing. The results showed that the obtained microcapsules were of polyurea/polyurethane double shell structure, resistant to high temperature above 200 ℃, and exhibited the melting point, crystallization temperature and phase change enthalpy of 22.63 ℃, 14.92 ℃ and above 70 J/g, respectively, which indicated that the microcapsules possessed favorable thermal stability and obvious heat storage prop- erty; the higher the dosage of microcapsule emulsion, the higher the weight gain rate of the fabrics; and the higher the adhesive dosage, the better the wash durability of the fabrics ; the finished fabrics showed favorable thermoregulation property around the phase change temperature of the microcapusules when the amounts of microcapsule emulsion and adhesive were 150 g/L and 40 g/L, respectively.
