摘　　要：苏州市广播电视总台积极开展各种媒体融合的创新融合实践,将传统端的生产和投放能力转化到新型渠道上,从而在业务、内容以及技术上实现多层级、多角度、全方位的融合,以实现媒体传播模式、运营模式、生产模式的创优和创新,从执行层面解决构建新型的传播体系问题。Suzhou Broadcasting System actively carry out the innovative practice of media convergence. In order to realize the innovation of media communication mode, operation mode, and production mode, and to construct a new type of communication system, Suzhou Broadcasting System gives a sample that how traditional production and distribution are transformed to new channels. It results in a complete integration of business, content and technology.
