摘 要:本文对比外国先进产品的合金性能,通过WC原料的分级处理、原料粉末和石蜡交替加入的湿磨工艺、压团制粒及振动筛分的混合料粒度控制技术,制备出了同国外产品物理性能一致的矿用硬质合金截齿,并通过梯度技术,在合金齿表面形成了约1.5 mm厚的梯度层,在合金韧性不降低的情况下,使合金的表面硬度达到了HRA87.5。从而提高了合金表面的耐磨性,又保持了合金整体韧性,很好的解决了合金耐磨性与韧性之间的矛盾,并在美国Arizona工地进行了现场测试。测试结果表明,在同等条件下,JCK1-FG合金的使用寿命较国外合金提高了约32%,达到了理想的效果。The carbide mining tips with the same physical properties compared to foreign advanced products were successfully developed and manufactured through a series of techniques including classification of WC powder, wet milling process of alternate addition of raw material powder and wax, press pelletization and controlling of mixture powder particle size via vibration sieve. A gradient layer with 1.5 mm thickness was formed on the surface of the carbide tip after functionally graded treatment, thus the surface hardness was increased up to 87.5 HRA while maintaining the core toughness, which increased the wear resistance of the carbide tip. The picks with the FG carbide tips were tested in Arizona in the USA. The results show that the service life of the JCK1-FG pick improves by 32% than the foreign premium product under the same work circumstance.
